The staff is friendly and welcoming.  The eye techs and Dr. Bagwell were professional and efficient.  I was in and out in an hour.  Dr. Bagwell took the time to explain everything she was doing as well as all of my results.  The office is convenient to get to.  Parking is a breeze.  It was easy to find an appointment time.   They have plenty of frames on the premises and a specialist to help you find the perfect glasses and explain all the options.
